So you’ve worked hard and got your Engineering degree: What should you do next?

 

You’ll want to build on your degree with practical experience, translating the theory into real practice. With one of the best graduate training schemes around, we can help you do that with a structured programme of placements in a wide range of varied and challenging situations.

Our programmes are accredited by The Institution of Electrical Engineers, The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, The Institution of Chemical Engineers, The Institution of Physics, and The Royal Society of Chemistry. We’ll register you with the relevant institution’s Monitored Professional Development Scheme, helping you to become a Chartered Engineer.

Your training programme will combine on-the-job training, formal courses and lectures, and you’ll work with a mentor who will support you throughout the training process. You’ll work within a team, making a genuine contribution to meeting real business objectives, and you’ll see the direct results of your work.

And it doesn’t stop once you’ve finished the graduate training programme. We’ll actively support your career and professional development every step of the way, through external, in-house or distance learning courses.
